The Role: The Engineering Technician plays a critical technical role in bridging field operations with process engineering. In addition to equipment operation, this position serves as a key resource for interpreting engineering drawings, supporting equipment selection, and maintaining digital plant records. The ideal candidate combines handson mechanical aptitude with the ability to navigate technical documentation and CAD software to support both frontend material preparation processes and downstream chemical processing operations within the recycling facility.
