Overview The Enterprise Planning Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Planning Program Representative to drive performance initiatives critical to achieving the Navy’s mandate of a 1-Columbia and 2-Virginia annual production rate. Operating with high autonomy, this individual will lead efforts in idea identification and project execution to aggressively reduce submarine construction costs and delivery spans. This high-visibility role supports cross-program enterprise strategies, including Cost Reduction, Continuous Improvement, Technology Deployment, and Span Reduction—focused on enhancing the manufacturability and affordability of the Columbia and Virginia Class Programs. You will be responsible for implementing transformative changes across existing ship designs, manufacturing processes, and business practices.
