About the Team The Business Planning & Operations team take a strategic approach to driving impact cross-functionally across TikTok. They work with multiple business units and senior stakeholders including, but not limited to, Category, Partnerships, Strategy, Governance & Experience and Data Science. This team drives forward business growth and operational efficiency by providing significant business diagnosis and practical solutions through the use of analytical insights. Our Mission: To drive sustainable growth within the European market by balancing Operating Efficiency, Merchant Experience, and Governance Health. You will optimize platform mechanisms and lead strategic initiatives to ensure long-term merchant retention, high-quality GMV expansion, and the development of a scalable, compliant merchant ecosystem.
