Description: - Check and verify expenses reported by vendors in SAP. - Prepare monthly report for A4 expenses. - Verify and process Land invoices timely. Create MPO (manual PO) for payment. - Perform daily operations related to all container activities, ensuring timely and accurate container movement. Implement cost-saving strategies to optimize Logistics activities and reduce expenses. - Logistics and Container Control: Oversee general logistics and container control processes. Responsible for container fleet reporting and maintaining accurate records. - Ensure the dates of container availability are regularly updated in the system to activate detention invoicing. This requires meticulous attention to detail and strong data management skills. - Provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders. This includes promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining open lines of communication. - Container Evacuation: Ensure the surplus empty containers are evacuated from Australia to fulfill vessel allocation, without compromising the equipment needed to support export bookings. - Process Improvement: Continually seek opportunities for process improvement, depart...
