Company Overview: East Bay Sports provides recreational sports services for all ages. Our year-round Lil' Kickers classes offer instructional soccer programs for children ages 18 months through 12 years old. The Lil Kickers program has been at our facility for 12 years and we seek to provide and maintain a fun, safe, indoor environment for kids of all ages and skill levels to continue their growth as soccer players. Our facility has been in operation for 28 years and we offer many other programs and activities including soccer leagues, camps, batting cages, and birthday/team parties. Job Summary: We are searching for a hard-working, organized, and outgoing individual who can take our already great program to the next level. As a Lil’ Kickers Assistant Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading our coaches. This includes hiring, training, scheduling coaches and getting on the field to teach some classes yourself. Job is currently Part-Time. Can become a full-time position with additional responsibilities and pay if desired. Training will be provided.
