Description The Dental Lab Account Manager is responsible for building BonaDent’s brand while delivery high-quality products to our dental customers and their patients. The Dental Lab Account Manager is responsible for working closely with dentists and an internal dental technical team to ensure overall customer satisfaction. This position will be the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of accounts with the responsibility of retaining and growing sales. Essential Job Functions: - Communicate effectively with assigned dental accounts to maintain and build relationships - Field technical questions from assigned accounts and from team members within the laboratory - Increase existing customer sales - Retain and cultivate new dental customers - Collect product and service feedback from customers and relay information to leadership to enhance product offerings - Utilize CRM software to document communication with assigned accounts - Work closely with a team of dental technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and to address and resolve any concerns, focus points, change in preferences and other information pertinent to the successful retention of accounts - Pre-case review...
