With a caseload of apartments in Kingston, Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, and Rhinebeck, NY, this position is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the residence program. In addition, the Assistant Residence Manager will oversee intellectually and developmentally disabled adults, and partner with these individuals to facilitate daily care, enhance personal development, foster self-esteem, and meet or exceed individualized goals for success.
