Maintains a safe environment. Encourages safe behavior from spectators, coaches, participants, and parents by enforcing program rules. Develops and maintains working relationships with team coaches, officials and other HRCA staff members. Provides direction to officials, scorekeepers and volunteers. Communicates information and maintains a positive attitude. Supervision Received: Works under the supervision of the Sports Coordinator. May receive direction from the Sports Programmer and Sports Programs Supervisor.
