Legal & Compliance Specialist

Job description

Amplifon is seeking a Legal & Compliance Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s compliance framework across Spain. The role will contribute to strengthening the internal control environment, promoting an ethical culture, and ensuring that business operations comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and global compliance standards. The position supports operational compliance activities, risk assessments, internal investigations, and policy implementation across local functions and the retail network. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Amplifon’s Corporate Compliance Program in Spain. - Ensure the effective deployment of global & local compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines at the local level. - Monitor compliance with the Code of Ethics and corporate policies (i.e. anticorruption policy) across business functions and retail operations. - Assist in performing compliance and legal risk assessments across business processes. - Identify potential regulatory or operational risks and support the definition of mitigation measures and action plans. - Contribute to the monitoring of internal cont...
