The Systems Workday Integrations Engineer, IT, Support Center plays a critical role in designing, developing, configuring, testing, supporting, and optimizing integrations and APIs across cloud-based, on-premises, SaaS, off-the-shelf, and custom applications. The Systems Workday Integrations Engineer serves as a technical expert in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and their integrations, providing advanced user support and resolving complex technical issues. As a subject matter expert, the engineer collaborates with internal IT teams, end users, management, and third-party vendors to identify integration opportunities and define scalable, automated solutions.
