Job description

The Senior Director, Data & Analytics leads the enterprise direction and day-to-day execution of Berkshire Hathaway Energy’s data and analytics (D&A) strategy, governance, and operating model. This role partners with business and technology leaders to establish standards and decision rights, improve data quality and trust, ensure regulatory-aligned controls (e.g., privacy, security, retention), and scale analytics products and services that drive measurable business outcomes across BHE and its operating companies. Work Location: Onsite at one of the listed locations; remote candidates may be considered. MidAmerican Energy Company, a Midwest utility, provides regulated electric and natural gas service to more than 1.6 million customers in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
