Job Overview Under general supervision of the Associate Dean/Campus Director of EL, this position serves as the primary liaison to both internal and external departments/constituents on all day-to-day site related operations. The position is responsible for managing a wide range of administrative analyst and support related tasks, including financial, operations, facilities management and lead direction of student staff. The position carries significant responsibility in implementing short and long term campus facility needs, goals and objectives, while ensuring day-to-day site continuity. The position provides a variety of moderate to complex support in the development and delivery of EL programs/classes, and administrative support to the Associate Dean/Campus Director of EL. This position will assist in the EL Programming Team with operational support duties related to the planning, coordination, implementation and administration of programs/classes offered by the division. This position is based in Temecula and provides comprehensive support for CSUSM's two satellite branch locations in the region.
