Position Summary The Sr. Key Account Manager initiates and develops the strategic sales activities of the organization to achieve retail sales and volume budget objectives. Essential Functions: Education Level Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school) required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. - Maximizes sales and distribution of our products through the development, negotiation and communication of Customer Development Agreements (CDA) and marketing promotions. - Communicates with retailers and employees on issues regarding pricing, products, equipment programs and store execution issues as they arise. - Executes G&J's AOP strategies and programs for assigned retail customers. - Assures that customer related economic initiatives are within budgetary guidelines (e.g. CDA's, NSP, Gross Profit, MEM, marketing programs) and conforms to the appropriate return on investment (ROI). - Conducts frequent market tours to ensure execution of programming and provide feedback on marketplace execution across the broader organization. - Participates in customer JACT teams as assigned. - Initiates, prepares and conducts internal as well as external custo...
