Key Mission: Driving Success in the Chemical Sector Across EU Reporting directly to the International Director, you will oversee operations across your designated area, ensuring efficient processes, high-quality standards, distributors performance, and outstanding customer service. Main Responsibilities in Operations Management: Lead and oversee daily operations at multiple sites, ensuring adherence to sales, safety, quality, and operational standards (FDA, HACCP, SQF compliance). Develop, implement, and monitor annual business plans to achieve financial, quality, and service targets within the area.
