Position Overview: The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in equipping the sales team with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to perform at their best. This position is responsible for driving adoption of systems, processes, and new functionality through targeted training development, clear documentation, and hands-on support. This role is integral to maintaining our competitive edge and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Support Sales Team Effectiveness: - Position the customer-focused sales team for success by developing and maintaining deep CRM/ERP system knowledge, supporting system and process changes, and serving as a primary resource for tools, guidance, and adoption. - Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the sales team on CRM/SAP and related ERP tools, providing day-to-day guidance on system navigation, processes, and best practices. - Support the sales team during system upgrades, new technology rollouts, and process changes by communicating updates, facilitating readiness activities, and serving as a go-to point of contact. - Collaborate with Sales Enablement leadership to align on priorit...
