These positions carry full responsibility for personnel management, performance planning and evaluation, budget development and monitoring, procurement oversight, and operational compliance. Each manager will ensure the efficient, safe, and customer‑focused delivery of building operations and maintenance services across multiple facilities, supporting the mission‑critical needs of tenant agencies.
