Job Summary: The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing regional sales strategy to drive referral volume growth and market expansion for Lumexa Imaging Centers. This role provides leadership, coaching, and development for a team of Diagnostic Imaging Specialists while maintaining direct engagement with key referral partners and stakeholders. The Regional Sales Director collaborates closely with the region’s VP, Sales, as well as Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, to translate corporate objectives into actionable regional business plans.
