Job description

Your Job: - Lead Purchasing Excellence across the EU, driving process harmonization, simplification, and continuous improvement. - Act as the regional focal point for sustainability , managing circularity initiatives and defining/implementing utility strategies in coordination with countries. - Head the Sourcing Excellence team , ensuring alignment with global guidelines across all categories. - Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to unlock cost opportunities and support commodity strategies. - Oversee regional project consolidation (PMO) , fostering innovation and execution excellence. - Ensure compliance, risk management, and KPI governance at regional level. - Lead systems optimization and P2P automation , in close collaboration with global teams. - Govern commodity management strategies and strengthen contract management frameworks .
