Exemption Status: Exempt Job Description: Responsible for the supervision of paraprofessional student staff members. Responsible for facilitating student development through educational programming and the overall management of all aspects of health and safety within multiple residence halls. Lives in a University home and is expected to be a visible and active member of the University community. Supervises, trains, evaluates and selects Resident Assistant staff. Facilitates the development of a community and educational environment which encourages inclusive and positive relationships among students through social and educational programming. Provides support and resources to students in individual meetings. Counsels, advises and assists residents concerning personal, interpersonal and facilities concerns.
