Job Summary: The Managing Director, Latin America is responsible for the P&L in the geography including identifying inorganic and organic growth opportunities. CORE DUTIES: - Oversee daily operation of the respective region including full P&L responsibility. Make recommendations for cost reduction, product quality, productivity and customer excellence. - Manage and develop team of employees including sales, installation, training and warehouse - Be a primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partnerships. - Perform individual market analyses within assigned area to develop new customer - strategies - Drive culture and brand initiatives - Oversee and assist with market data collection with sales team to drive focused strategies - Assist in providing new market and product ideas related to their market. - Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace - Define key operational metrics, develop reporting and set targets. - Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service - Represent Company in various civic...
