This position is responsible for providing technical assistance on our computer systems and serves as the first point of contact for all end users, answering questions, maintaining incoming helpdesk requests, and resolving computer problems for users in person, via telephone, or from a remote location. This position is 100% in office - no hybrid or remote work offered. Essential Functions: Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems. Resolve as many user-reported problems as expertise permits using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases Administer AD and keep inventory of all assets Configure end-user workstations and laptops for deployment Escalate problems as appropriate following help desk procedures Troubleshoot printers and end-device equipment Maintain records o...
