As an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Apartner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our apartment community remains in top condition. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing various systems, and responding promptly to resident maintenance requests. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and welcoming environment for all residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their homes are well-maintained. Starting rate of $19 to $21 per hour depending on experience!
