A bit about the role: At Youth Projects, our Youth Program Lead will form an integral part of our Youth Employment and Training Program and support the Youth Program Manager in planning, designing and coordinating the delivery of our exciting new training initiative, the Pathways to Clean Energy program. This role is ideal for someone with experience coordinating funded, compliance-driven projects who wants to help create real education, training and employment pathways for young people across Melbourne. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of youth engagement, training and employment programs, along with the ability to balance program innovation, stakeholder engagement and service delivery with the reporting and compliance requirements of a funded initiative.
