The Strategic HR Business Partner for Insurance will play a critical role in leading the HR strategy for the Insurance division within the Americas region. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in HR, analytics, and digital transformation. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, resource management, team management and culture transformation aligned with the company’s objectives.
