The Radioconjugates Strategy & Delivery Head — within the Oncology Targeted Delivery organization— supports end-to-end delivery of this new therapeutic modality from discovery to commercialization. This role is critical in orchestrating cross-functional execution, acting as a force multiplier and organizer within teams of R&D, Commercial and Operations experts. This position could be based out of Gaithersburg, MD; Waltham, MA; or Hamilton, ON Canada. The role will report to the SVP, Biologics Engineering & Oncology Targeted Discovery, lead the Radioconjugates Leaders Forum and be accountable for delivery of our ambitious radioconjugates strategy, portfolio and capability build.
