Occupational Health Nurse I in GAC Savannah Unique Skills: Must be licensed in state of Georgia Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Entry Level. Active Nursing License in the state of employment required. Position Purpose: Provide Occupational Health Care Services according to the Gulfstream Medical Program. Coordinate medical services required. for the safety and proper placement of employees, the treatment of work-related illnesses and injuries, and approved industrial preventative medical programs under direction of Corporate Occupational Health Nurse Leadership.
