Position Summary: Responsible for providing advanced level software training services, in-person, onsite at client locations, via virtual classrooms, and through development of electronic training materials to L&W customers and internal employees, as well as providing recommendations on system utilization and efficiencies. Training services provided include, but are not limited to, supporting customer and employees with effective use of L&W enterprise software solutions.
