Description The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting both operational and digital/eGaming client groups. This role partners closely with leadership to align talent strategies with business priorities, particularly in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this position plays a key role in shaping organizational capability, strengthening employee engagement, and driving HR excellence across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance.
