About Codeway: We build consumer apps used by over 500 million people worldwide. Since launching in 2020 with a small team in Istanbul, we’ve grown into a global operation generating $400M+ ARR profitable, self-funded and moving fast. Our portfolio spans productivity, edtech, wellness, and entertainment, with category leaders such as Cleanup, Retake AI, and Learna AI. We’re entering a new chapter: potential spin-offs, selective exits, and longer-term strategic moves. To support this evolution, we’re building a finance function for the first time. About the Role: This will be Codeway’s first senior finance hire. You will report directly to the CEO and build the company’s financial planning and strategic finance capability from the ground up. This is not a role where you inherit a team or an existing playbook. There is currently no FP&A function, no formal planning cycle, and no dedicated strategic finance layer.
