Receives and responds to inbound calls and emails from employees, retirees, and the general public answering questions related to Human Resources. - Receives calls and emails and provides personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the caller or - escalates/routes to others who can assist. - Tracks all calls and emails to provide reports on usage and other related information. - De-escalates situations involving dissatisfied individuals offering support and assistance. - Guides callers through navigating the institutions' various platforms to include UT Health Performs, UT Health Learns, - Kronos, and Benefit Focus. - Collaborate across all area of Human Resources to enhance process improvements. - Participate in special projects, as assigned, that enable the Office of Human Resources to contribute to the realization of - UT Health goals. - Performs all other duties as assigned. - Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices. - Knowledge of personal computer/software, HRIS system, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Skilled in data entry and data analysis. - Skilled in critical thinking to solve problems by generating, evaluating, and implementing solutions. - Skil...
