About the role The Associate Director of Enterprise Business Systems is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise SAP and CRM programs, ensuring successful execution across business, technology, and vendor teams. This role requires a strong business leader with executive presence, capable of driving complex, multi‑workstream programs while aligning technology delivery with strategic business outcomes. The Associate Director of Enterprise Business Systems acts as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and benefits realization, while providing strong governance, stakeholder leadership, and risk management across the SAP and CRM landscape. Role Responsibilities: - Overseas delivery of program management for CRM and SAP integrations. - Interface within business and IT organizations. - Overseas vendor management, resource management and operational management functions within the IT organization. - Communicates directly with stakeholders, crossfunctional teams, vendors, and department leaders. - Lead sprints through software development lifecycle using SCRUM and AGILE methodologies.
