Plant Buyer/Purchasing Shift: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Who we are: Polyglass is values-driven organization based on family, quality and innovation. Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring adequate inventories of raw materials, production and maintenance supplies, packaging materials, and related items for production as needed. Responsibilities: - Reviews inventory levels through the use of business computer system (MRP reports) to ensure adequate inventories of raw materials are maintained. - Places purchase orders as needed and provide follow-up regarding timely delivery of goods. - Executes reports to align purchase levels with plant consumption of RM (Raw Material). - Creates purchase requisitions and orders for maintenance parts, production and maintenance supplies, personal protective equipment, and others as req...
