Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience in operations management. - Experience in supply chain logistics (e.g., forward logistics, spares management, inventory, and kitting operations). Preferred qualifications: - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automated order workflows (e.g., Talos, Flux). - Ability to manage global third-party logistics partners and distributed teams. - Ability to balance operational needs (e.g., inventory availability) with supply chain efficiency (e.g., lean carrying levels).
