Community/Property Manager (Full-Time, On-Site) A residential community is seeking an experienced Community/Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a mid-rise condominium property. This on-site role is responsible for building operations, vendor management, resident relations, financial oversight, and implementation of Board directives. Salary is $85-90k Qualifications: - Manage daily property operations and building systems - Oversee vendors (maintenance, security, landscaping, etc.) - Coordinate preventative maintenance and capital projects - Serve as primary point of contact for residents - Handle financial processes including invoices and budget support - Prepare reports and support Board meetings - 5+ years of condominium/property management experience - Strong communication and customer service skills - Highly organized with attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems - Ability to be on-call for emergencies - CMCA/AMS credentials preferred Benefits: Medical Insurance: Dental Plan: Vision Plan: 401k Voluntary Life Insurance: Paid vacation, paid sick & personal time off Paid holidays
