Role: We’re looking for a Senior Creative Strategist with performance creative experience to own the creative direction and performance strategy across client accounts. What You’ll Do: Lead the creative strategy and messaging across multiple paid social accounts — from brief through execution. Conduct performance driven research, and continuously optimize messaging and briefing based on data from the ad platforms & competitor monitoring Develop high-converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight and platform behavior. Write (and guide) strong copy and frameworks that influence perception and drive performance. Collaborate across design, editing, and media buying to ensure end-to-end creative alignment.
