Job Summary We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team. You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for top-tier engineering talent across hardware, embedded systems, and telecom domains. Working closely with hiring managers and technical leads, you'll craft strategic hiring plans, deliver a smooth candidate experience, and help grow high-impact teams. Responsibilities: - Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from kickoff to offer negotiation. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies. - Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates across hardware and software disciplines. - Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinating interviews and debriefs. - Deliver a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint. - Collaborate with the sourcing team to drive targeted search efforts. - Track hiring progress and report on key recruitment metrics using our ATS.
