Position Summary Description The Manager of NERC Compliance oversees a staff of professionals supporting the administrative aspects of Seminole's North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Standards of Conduct compliance programs. This role manages development, implementation, and monitoring efforts toward ensuring compliance of the various operational business areas with all applicable NERC Standards. Collaborates with Seminole leadership, business areas, NERC and regional regulatory agencies on compliance matters. Accountable for spearheading systematic and continuous improvement of the NERC compliance program, its policies, procedures, training materials, and asset lists. Maintains knowledge of current and future regulatory requirements and assesses their impact to the organization.
