Job description

In Eco Engagement, ADSO we establish internal and external communication mechanisms to solve XFN communication problems to improve communication efficiency. The team is responsible for standardising the project management process, including requirement management, quality management, efficiency management, manpower management, etc. to improve project management efficiency. The new Group Leader will be responsible to grow and scale large teams via internal development mechanism, and manage a group of team leaders with variety of experience levels. The Group leader will also maintain customer relationships, improving response and delivery times as well as increasing the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company's internal capacity.
