Position Summary: Entrega is seeking a hands-on, builder-oriented Data & Analytics Lead to establish and lead our Data & Analytics Delivery Team. This role begins as a player-coach position: leading architecture and solution delivery while recruiting and building a structured analytics team beneath you. As the team scales, the role will evolve toward increased leadership responsibility and reduced individual billable contribution. The Data & Analytics Lead will be accountable for building the team, defining technical standards, managing utilization performance, and ensuring analytics delivery integrates seamlessly into Entrega’s broader Service Delivery model.
