Module Technicians play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and uptime of equipment used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. This position supports multiple fab areas—including Ion Implant, Thin Films, Etch, etc—and requires strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Shift Information: - Night Shift 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Saturday - Night Shift 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + every other Saturday - Shift Differential: 15% - Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 - Perform routine and preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools - Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), including cleaning, calibration, and parts replacement - Partner with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency - Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance in trac...
