Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months Full Time, Night: Position Summary: The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to the Emergency/Trauma patient. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on need of the patient and family members. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, IQ, Infection control, with the goal being to discharge the patient from the ED with an optimum level of care provided - Provides patients with an optimum level of care. - Facilitates compliance with evidenced based practice standards for core measures and National Patient Safety Goals: skills as outlined in the Standards of Conduct and in accordance with customer service initiatives. EDUCATION: Minimum: Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.
