Job description

Analytica is seeking a Technical Recruiter (Contract) to support ongoing hiring needs, with the ability to scale recruiting efforts during periods of increased demand. Provide immediate recruiting support during a period of strategic hiring growth. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level recruiter who can operate with minimal ramp-up time, manage technical requisitions with high degree of ownership, and effectively partner directly with senior leadership and hiring managers. The ideal candidate brings deep experience recruiting for technical and/or government contracting environments, demonstrates strong sourcing expertise, and can independently drive hiring outcomes while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and compliant recruiting processes.
