We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Automotive Contracts/ Billing Clerk to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with company standards and federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of sales contracts and tax laws, and proficiency in accounting entries related to vehicle sales. Compensation: $28-$33/hour: Requirements: - Manage and maintain accurate schedules for new and pre-owned inventory, dealer trades, finance reserves, factory incentives, aftermarket products, and service contracts. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations concerning sales contracts and sales tax. - Post new and pre-owned contracts. - Process and review new and pre-owned contracts to ensure they comply with company standards and legal requirements. - Perform compliance checks on all deals and conduct a final scan into CDK. -...
