This role sits at the nexus of science, technology, and strategy: managing cost, schedule, and performance; aligning funding and acquisition; and coordinating Tech Transition/Transfer/Protection (T3P) activities to deliver mission-ready results. What You’ll Do: - Lead R&D program development from concept through transition and technology transfer. - Plan, execute, and track budgets using RDT&E and O&M funds; apply PPBE and FAR/DFARS/FMR to maintain cost/schedule/performance baselines. - Draft, review, and refine R&D documentation: SOWs, SOOs, BAAs, CRADAs, PIAs, OT agreements, and transition plans. - Coordinate Intellectual Property, Export Control/ITAR, TRLs, and security classification to ensure compliant progr...
