General Purpose & Essential Duties: The Performance Marketing Manager helps fuel Guardian Alarm’s growth by delivering qualified leads, opportunities and revenue. Owns the performance marketing strategy and roadmap, driving customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue through data-driven channel investment and optimization across performance channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and online video. Paid Media & Channel Management: - Own the performance of paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, online video and other acquisition channels. - Manage campaign targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation and optimization. - Recommend new channels, audience strategies and testing opportunities to improve results. - Define channel mix, budget allocation strategy, and testing roadmap. - Identify and scale new acquisition opportunities and channels. Testing, Optimization & Continuous Improvement: - Conduct tests across messaging, creative, audiences, landing pages and conversion paths. - Continuously refine campaigns to improve lead generation, conversion rates and ROAS. - Stay current on new trends, tools and best practices in performance marketi...
