This is currently a 20 hour role but if the right candidate prefers up to 32 hours/week the department could be flexible. This position operates within a multidisciplinary team to support clinical research from implementation of a protocol/trial, to patient support, through active data monitoring. -Collaborates with local hematology/oncology physicians, nurses, pharmacy, office support staff as well as other research members across the BILH network t stay up to date with new and ongoing oncology research and operations -Assists investigators to meet the needs defined by particular studies -Works alongside providers to recruit and consent patients to various trials -Provides both supportive and direct patient care to those who enroll to a trial including scheduling collaboration, symptom monitoring and maintenance, and follow up care/monitoring -Acts as an active member on all multidisciplinary tumor boards and department committees Clinical resource nurses will work at both the Beverly Hospital and Addison Gilbe...
