The opportunity ; We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join our fast growing team. Part time, permanent or casual, based on the Central Coast. You'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, have the opportunity for professional development and an opportunity to have a varied case load with different clients in the residential aged care sector. About Optimum;: We are a team of 85+ allied health professionals servicing NSW and QLD in residential aged care, home visits, workplace health and 6 of our own clinics and gyms. Things you will be doing;: Running group exercise sessions and falls prevention classes Assessing residents needs in line with aged care standards and ANACC. Post fall intervention and documentation: Delivery of ANACC Pain management programs which include a combination 1 on 1 treatment, 1 on 1 exercise intervention and group exercise interventions. Implementing and upgrading rehabilitation exercise programs Communicating with a greater team of allied health professionals and medical practitioners to coordinate effective courses of treatments Delivery of manual handling training competencies Skills needed: Hold a Physiotherapy degree: Ideally have prior experienc...
