Software Developer for Industrialization Join Hager Group and help build Industry 4.0 solutions that improve how our production sites operate worldwide. Our Digital Industrialisation team in Tychy develops applications and services that support manufacturing efficiency, connectivity and automation. As a Software Developer, you will develop and maintain applications that support Hager production processes. You will be responsible for functional analysis, technical design, coding, testing and documentation—working within established standards and collaborating with architects and international project teams Your Responsibilities: Technical Delivery: - Understand customer needs and translate them into technical functionalities. - Design, develop, test and deploy applications used to control production lines. - Maintain and enhance existing applications by adding new features or refactoring legacy code. - Develop HMI interfaces linked to MES (assembly routing, BOM). - Deliver high‑quality, reliable code on time.
