WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Research and recommend solutions for all incoming calls regarding pricing and availability, order changes/status, basic product questions. Receive and process domestic standard distributor orders via email, phone, or electronically via JD Edwards system and Connect for assigned functional area/brand. Work with sales, planning, production, shipping and other operating functions regarding product, delivery or service matters.
