In this full-time, hands-on role, you’ll support and energise a team of 12 Beauty Specialists alongside another Senior Beauty Specialist, with strong support from experienced leaders from day one. It’s all about building your team's confidence the shop floor – helping them start conversations, create personalised experiences, and turn those moments into lasting customer loyalty and sales. Store opening hours are: Monday–Saturday: 9am–8pm Sunday: 10am–6pm You will be required work a mixture of weekdays and weekends.
